Alan Bell is a lifelong journalist who has written and edited copy for newspapers, magazines, PR media and web content. A graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia, he lives in the Kansas City area with his wife, Debbie. This is his first children's picture book. He has just finished his first novel, which he expects to publish this year. For fun, he follows sports, plays guitar and makes people groan with his bad puns.

Bekki Agnitsch is passionate about art, illustration and crafts. She grew up in rural Missouri and now lives in the Kansas City area with her husband, Chris, two cats and dog. She enjoys making illustrations for her nieces and nephews. This is the second children’s book she has illustrated. For fun, she loves going on hikes, traveling and getting inspiration for her next art project.
